  • Inversion: Invert the tube 8 times gently
  • Recommended Centrifuge: Centrifuge for 3 minutes at 1300 RPM

Intended use: –

Lithium Heparin tubes are used to collect, transport and process blood for testing plasma or whole blood in the clinical laboratory.

Principle: –

The anticoagulant heparin activities antithrombins, thus blocking the coagulation cascade and produce plasma.
